The median is the area of land between the sidewalk in front of your home and the street.
The bad news is, you don’t own this land. It is illegal to park on it, pave it, or cut anything down growing on it, as the land belongs to the City.
The good news is, you can plant stuff there, if you want.
Maintenance is up to you. If you want to remove anything growing in the median, you must contact the City for a permit.
